• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

• 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice

• 1 teaspoon baking powder

• 1 teaspoon baking soda

• 1/4 teaspoon salt

• 2 ripe bananas (mashed)

• 1/2 cup vanilla non fat greek yogurt

• 1/4 cup salted butter (melted)

• 1/4 cup pure maple syrup

• 2 tablespoons honey

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

• 1 egg

• 1 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie)

• 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

Stage 1

Preheat the oven to 425 F / 220 C and line a muffin tray with liners.

In a small bowl add the flour, protein powder, cinnamon, pumpkin spice, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk to combine.

Next add the pumpkin and mix, before slowly adding the flour mixture into the wet ingredients and mixing until fully combined.

Fold in the chocolate chips and fill each muffin pan almost to the top.

Stage 4

Bake at 425 F for 5 minutes and then lower the temperature to 350 F for another 15-20 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Let it cool for 15 minutes and then serve and enjoy!
