The recipe to the delicious, grain free & vegan brownies by Strp'd
Ingredients
• 6 tablespoons butter
• 60g strip'd tigernut flour
• 30g cassava flour
• 2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
• 55g unrefined cane sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
• 30g cocoa powder
• 45g dark chocolate chips
• 75ml oil of choice
• 125ml non-dairy milk of choice
Instructions
Stage 1
Preheat oven to 180ºC, giving time to ensure the oven reaches this temperature
Stage 2
Mix the wet ingredients together well
Stage 3
Add the dry ingredients and again mix well, before pouring the mixture into a 20cm square lined baking tin. Tap to remove air bubbles that may appear
Stage 4
Bake for 20-25 minutes, then remove from the oven and leave to cool, before cutting into slices, we suggest 12. Enjoy!
