The self made, simple yet delicious recipe to vegan PB & fried apple bars by Lou Goes Vegan
Ingredients
• 50g oats
• 2tp cinnamon
• 2tp baking powder
• 2tbsp vanilla soy yogurt
• 120ml plant milk
• 1tp peanutbutter for the middle
Instructions
Stage 1
Use a blender to mix together all of the ingredients, except for the peanut butter
Stage 2
Now, pour 2/3 of the batter into an oven proof bowl and put the peanut butter in the middle, before covering it with the rest
Stage 3
Begin to add the toppings - dark chocolate chips & salted peanuts and then bake your oats for 22 minutes
