Vegan PB & Fried Apple Bars

The self made, simple yet delicious recipe to vegan PB & fried apple bars by Lou Goes Vegan

Ingredients

Bottom

• 70g flour

• 30g oats

• 2tp agave syrup

• 3tp melted peanutbutter

• 1 pinch of salt

Middle & Top

• 2 apples

• 2tp agave syrup

• date butter (just mix 50g dates with 30ml plant milk or water)

• 30g peanuts

• cinnamon



Instructions

Stage 1

Cut the apples into squares and fry them in a pan with the agave syrup and some cinnamon. Spread the date butter on the dough and cover with peanuts. Put the fried apples on top and spread until the pan is filled.


Stage 2

For the topping, just melt some more peanut butter and white almond butter and sprinkled it on top


Stage 3

To finish off, freeze for 1 hour and enjoy!
